Private derby with the youngsters set up by FRC – 4^th of October 2009

The winners of the 1^st and the 2^nd place in this race: Mr. Simion Emil (on the left) and Mr. Silviu Glodeanu (on the right), the general loft manager

On the 4^th of October, the Romanian Pigeonsport Federation planned a private derby with the youngsters from Dorohoi. There have been basketed 105 pigeons coming from 26 lofts from Bucharest.  

The average racing distance was 380 km. The liberation took place at 8.15 a.m. and the birds started to show up in Bucharest around 14.13 p.m.

The average velocity of the first returned pigeon was 1060 m/min. The first 32 birds (30%) clocked into prizes.

Mr. Simion Emil, from Bucharest, won the first two prizes, while his third basketed pigeon arrived on the 16^th place. These are the lofts that also clocked into prizes among those 32 winning birds:

-         Calinovici Mugurel – 3^rd, 17^th and 18^th place;

-         Cazacu Alex – 4^th and 26^th place;

-         Sinca Cezar + Florin – 5^th and 11^th;

-         Oancea Ovidiu – 6^th, 8^th and 12^th place;

-         Coman Catalin – 7^th, 15^th and 29^th place;

-         Vasile + Olteanu – 9^th and 32^nd place;

-         Brezoi Petrica – 19^th and 24^th place;

-         Ionescu Cristian – 20^th and 28^th place;

-         Stuparu Al. + Cost. – 27^th and 31^st place.
